Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how NOVIQO SOLUTIONS INC. LTD (“Noviqo”, “we”, “us”), a private company limited by shares registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), collects and uses personal data. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
We process personal data in accordance with the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 and, where it applies, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@noviqo.solutions.
2. Scope
This policy covers:
- visitors to this website and people who contact us through the contact form or by email;
- business contacts at our clients, prospects, partners and suppliers; and
- people whose publicly available social media data we process when providing our services (see section 5).
3. Data we collect from you
- Enquiry data — your name, company, email address and the content of your message, when you use the contact form or email us.
- Business relationship data — contact details, job title and correspondence when you or your organisation work with us.
- Technical data — our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of request) to operate and secure the website.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to third-party font or tracking services when you browse it.
4. How and why we use your data
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry and arranging a demo | Our legitimate interests in responding to requests, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract |
| Providing services and managing our relationship with clients and partners | Performance of a contract; our legitimate interests |
| Operating, securing and preventing abuse of the website | Our legitimate interests |
| Complying with legal, tax and regulatory obligations | Compliance with a legal obligation |
| Sending occasional updates about our services to business contacts | Our legitimate interests or your consent, where required. You can opt out at any time. |
We do not sell the data you give us, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Public social data we process in our services
Our services analyse publicly available information from social media platforms to produce insights about brands, creators and their audiences. This may include:
- public account information, such as username, display name, public biography and follower counts;
- public posts and their content, hashtags, mentions and discount codes, and public engagement metrics such as views, likes and comments;
- indicators of whether content is sponsored or organic.
Audience insights (for example age groups, gender split, locations, interests and the share of low-quality or inauthentic followers) are produced and reported only as aggregated statistics. We do not provide profiles of individual followers, we do not intentionally process special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or political opinions), and we do not target or profile children.
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests, and those of our clients, in understanding public social media activity for marketing, research and analytics purposes. We have assessed these interests against the rights of the people concerned and apply safeguards including data minimisation, aggregation of audience data, access controls and limited retention.
If you are a social media user and want to know whether we hold data about your public account, or to object to its processing, contact us at hello@noviqo.solutions. Where we uphold an objection we will stop processing and exclude your account from future collection.
6. Who we share data with
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as website hosting, email and cloud infrastructure providers, under contracts that require them to protect it;
- Clients, who receive our reports and data outputs under agreements restricting how they may use them;
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, auditors and accountants;
- Authorities, courts or regulators where required by law; and
- a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
7. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside ADGM. Where we transfer personal data to a jurisdiction that is not recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, we put in place appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as required by the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
8. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship — up to 24 months after our last contact;
- Client and partner records — for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes;
- Server logs — for the limited period set by our hosting provider, normally no longer than a few months;
- Public social data — only for as long as needed to provide historical and comparative analysis to our clients, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls and restricting access to staff and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of a personal data breach where the law requires us to.
10. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data or restrict how we use it;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format; and
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@noviqo.solutions. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will reply within the time limits set by law.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the ADGM Office of Data Protection or, if you are in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
11. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
